The main rule is to follow the rules, but to win you’re probably going to have to break them! REBEL WITH A CAUSE...be the first to discard all the cards in your hand. As many as you want. As fast as you want. All you have to do is lay them in numerical order...subject to the RULES. You see, as you play, your discards are always subject to certain RULES. Chance upon a RULEBREAKER card, and shake things up with a new RULE! Are you winning? Are you losing? Always too soon to tell.
